How it works
Seven steps from the first email to a live site. A few things to know up front: payment is split 50% at signing and 50% at launch approval, two rounds of changes are included before go-live, and for Starter we aim to go live about 7 days after we receive your content (a target, not a promise).
A short email exchange
By email, we learn what your business does, where you work and what you want visitors to do (call, request a quote, book).
Agreement and deposit
You get a one-page agreement and a one-page order form to sign online. Work starts after both are signed and the deposit is paid.
You send your content
One form asks for the facts, photos, logo and details you have. We set up your photos and write the page text from those facts. Everything on the site comes from you or is checked with you; we do not invent reviews, awards or license numbers. Content is due within a few business days; the clock pauses if it is late.
Preview
We send a private preview link. A person reviews the site before you see it.
Two rounds of changes
Send one consolidated list of changes. Two rounds are included; more can be added.
Go-live
You approve, the final payment for your package is paid, and we publish on your own domain.
Hosting and care
We host the site, keep backups and watch that it is up. If you choose the care plan, we also make small edits for you.
Timings are targets, not promises. They depend on how quickly content and approvals arrive.
