Privacy policy
Short version: this website does not track you. We only receive what you choose to send us, and we use it to reply to you.

What we collect
Through the contact form or by email, we receive what you send us:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, only if you choose to give it;
- your business name and type, if you give them;
- your message, and anything else you put in it.
We do not ask for payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information through this website. Please do not send them in a message.
How the contact form works
The form on our contact page opens your own email app with your message already written and addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app, and the message then travels through your email provider and ours. We do not run a form service, and we do not store form entries anywhere else.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load scripts from other companies. We do not add any cookies ourselves, and we do not track you across websites.
Our sample websites are made-up examples. They work the same way: no analytics, no cookies and no forms that send data anywhere.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare receives technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy. We do not use it to identify you.
How we use what you send
- to reply to your message and answer your questions;
- to prepare a quote or an order form if you ask for one;
- to provide the services if you become a client, and to keep ordinary business, accounting and tax records.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to profile you.
Who we share it with
Only with companies that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose: our email provider; Cloudflare for hosting; and, if you become a client, the payment provider that processes a card payment, or the bank that receives a bank transfer. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months after our last message, then we delete them.
- Clients: for as long as we provide services, and afterwards for as long as we need to keep invoices, payment records and signed agreements for accounting, tax and legal purposes, normally up to 7 years.
Your choices and how to ask us to delete your information
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@zaldrinsolutions.com from the address you used, and say what you would like. We will reply within 45 days. We may need to confirm that the request really comes from you, and we may keep what the law or our accounting records require us to keep. If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us and we will stop.
Visitors in North Carolina and elsewhere in the United States
Some US states give residents rights over their personal information, such as the right to know what is held, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We offer these choices to every visitor, whichever state you live in, including North Carolina. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. This website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because it does not track you.
Children
This website is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, including keeping our mailbox and accounts protected. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
