Starter is an $800 build plus $29 a month hosting. Year one is $1,090 if you prepay hosting ($800 + $290). Standard is $1,500 to build (hosting $39 a month) and Premium is $2,800 (a Care plan is required). Prices are confirmed in your written order form. Starter by bank transfer: the build is $780 instead of $800 by card, a courtesy discount that covers the roughly 3% card fee.

Yes. Ownership of the delivered site and its files passes to you when the build fee is paid in full. We keep our own templates and tools and give you permission to use them inside your site.

Yes. Your domain is registered in your own account from the start.

Our target for Starter is about 7 days after we receive your content. Standard and Premium take longer. These are targets, not promises; late content or slow approvals add time.

Two rounds of changes are included before go-live. After that, small edits are covered by the Care plan, and larger changes are quoted first.

We cannot promise that, and nobody honestly can. We build a clear, fast, mobile-friendly site and set up the basics: page titles, descriptions and a link to your Google Business Profile. Results depend on many things outside our control.

Yes. We use AI tools to draft layouts and text, and a person reviews every site before it goes live. AI can make mistakes, so you check the facts and approve the preview.

We build toward the WCAG 2.1 AA target and run an automated scan. That is a best-effort goal and not a certification or legal advice.

Starter hosting at $29 a month (or $290 a year prepaid) covers hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and uptime checks. The Care plan ($79 a month, or the Annual Care plan at $790 a year prepaid) adds up to 2 small edits a month done by a real person. Standard hosting-only is $39 a month; Standard also has its own Care plan at $99 a month (up to 3 small edits) or $990 a year prepaid. Premium has no hosting-only option and requires its Care plan at $149 a month (up to 5 small edits) or $1,490 a year prepaid. Edits are fair use, larger changes are quoted separately, and unused edits do not roll over. Monthly plans are month to month with no long-term lock-in and 30 days’ notice to cancel.

No. Hosting and Care plans are month to month with no long-term lock-in, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice by email. If you prepay for a year, unused months are refunded as explained in the service terms summary.

Before any work has started you can cancel and get your first payment back, less payment-processing fees we have already paid and the small administrative fee shown in your order form. Once work has started, payments for work already done are not refundable. Your signed order form has the exact terms.

No. This website has no analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, and no scripts from other companies. See the privacy policy.
