Service terms summary
This page is a plain-English summary of how a project with us normally works. It is a summary only. The order form you and we sign is the agreement, and if this page and your order form differ, the order form governs.
What you get
Three packages: Starter (up to 3 pages), Standard (up to 5 pages) and Premium (up to 10 pages). Each includes the pages and features listed on the pricing page, photos set up for you, page text written from facts you give us, and two rounds of revisions.
Prices and how you pay
- Starter: $800 by card, paid $400 at signing and $400 at launch approval. Or $780 by bank transfer, paid $390 at signing and $390 at launch approval. The $780 is a courtesy discount that covers the roughly 3% card fee.
- Standard: $1,500, paid $750 at signing and $750 at launch approval.
- Premium: $2,800, paid $1,400 at signing and $1,400 at launch approval.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that applies. Work starts when the order form is signed and the first payment is received. The site goes live after you approve it and the second payment is received. Monthly plans are billed in advance by card on the 1st of each month.
Hosting and Care plans
- Hosting covers hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and uptime checks: Starter $29 a month (or $290 a year prepaid) and Standard $39 a month. Premium has no hosting-only option.
- Care plans include hosting plus small content edits done by a real person: Starter Care $79 a month or $790 a year prepaid (up to 2 small edits a month); Standard Care $99 a month or $990 a year prepaid (up to 3); Premium Care, required with Premium, $149 a month or $1,490 a year prepaid (up to 5).
Edits are fair use. Larger changes are quoted separately, and unused edits do not roll over. A paid annual plan is the usual way to start.
Month to month, no long-term lock-in
Monthly Hosting and Care plans renew each month and you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice by email to hello@zaldrinsolutions.com. There is no long-term lock-in and no cancellation fee. Your plan ends when the notice period ends.
Refunds on annual prepaid plans
An annual prepaid plan (Hosting at $290, or Care at $790, $990 or $1,490) is paid for twelve months in advance. If you cancel before the year is up, we refund the unused part like this: the annual price, minus the monthly price for each month or part of a month that has already started when your notice period ends, and never less than zero.
Example: a Starter Care plan paid at $790 and canceled with 4 months started is refunded $790 minus 4 times $79, which is $474. If we end a plan without cause, or we do not provide the service, we refund the unused full months at the annual price divided by 12. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Cancelling a build
Before any work has started on your site, you can cancel and we refund your first payment, less payment-processing fees we have already paid and the small administrative fee shown in your order form. Once work has started, payments for work already done are not refundable.
You own your domain and your files
Your domain name is registered in your own account from the start. Ownership of the delivered website and its files passes to you when the build fee is paid in full, and on request we send you a copy. We keep ownership of our own templates, tools and know-how, and give you permission to use them inside your site.
Your content
You give us the facts, photos and logo you have, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. We do not invent reviews, awards or license numbers. You are responsible for any statement your trade requires on your site, such as license numbers or insurance statements.
Timing, content deadlines and revisions
- Timings are targets, not promises. For Starter we aim to go live about 7 days after we receive all of your content.
- Your content is due by the date on your order form. If it is late, timelines pause until it arrives.
- We send a private preview. Two rounds of changes are included; send each round as one consolidated list. Additional rounds can be added, and are priced in your order form.
- If we hear nothing after a preview and our reminders, the order form explains when the preview is treated as approved.
What is not included
Unless added in writing and priced separately: online stores and payments, memberships, custom software, logo and branding design, on-site photo or video shoots, blog writing, advertising management, email marketing, moving data from another platform, translation, and legal or regulated claims. We do not promise search results, calls or sales.
