Signs something needs a look

General guidance, not a diagnosis.

  • Lights that flicker or dim when something turns on
  • Breakers that trip again and again
  • Outlets or switch plates that feel warm
  • Buzzing, crackling or a burning smell
  • Outlets that will not hold a plug
  • Two-prong outlets in rooms you use every day

Before you book

Sample answers for a fictional company. A real site uses your own.

Do you handle permits?

Where local rules require a permit, we explain it in the quote and handle the paperwork with you.

Can I book online?

Yes. The Book a visit page lets you pick a day and time slot; we confirm by phone or email.

How do reviews work?

After a job we email a short thank-you with a link to your Google review page. Reviews are never required or rewarded.

What should I do if a breaker keeps tripping?

Switch off what was running on that circuit and leave it off, then call us. Do not keep resetting it. If you see smoke or smell burning, leave the area and call 911 first.

Can you add an outlet or a charger in a finished room?

Often yes. We look at the route for the wiring first and tell you what it involves before we quote.

Will the power be off while you work?

Only on the circuits we are working on, and we tell you in advance how long. A panel upgrade needs the whole house off for a time.
